PRIVACY POLICY

this policy describes the insyght public website and limited beta communications. The desktop application may require a separate or updated policy as its data features develop.

What this site does

This website provides information about insyght, a Windows desktop companion for VALORANT that is currently available through a limited beta. The website has no account system, login, newsletter, waitlist, contact form, or public download flow.

Information intentionally collected

We do not currently ask you to submit personal information through this website. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, or product telemetry to the site. The website does not currently process VALORANT account or match data.

Email communications

If you email support@insyght.xyz to ask for support, report a bug, or share feedback, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, name if provided, message contents, and any diagnostic information you voluntarily send. We use this information to respond to you and support the limited beta.

Beta applications

When you apply for beta access, we collect your email address, Riot ID, region, Windows version, VALORANT play frequency, selected game modes, written response, beta acknowledgement, and submission timestamp. We also collect a Discord username if you choose to provide one. This information is used to evaluate beta applications, contact applicants, manage beta access, support testers, and administer feedback. Applications are delivered through our configured email provider and may be retained in the support mailbox as reasonably necessary for those purposes. To prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, we also process hashed technical identifiers through our rate-limit service.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP addresses, request timestamps, browser details, referring pages, and server or security logs. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.

Riot credentials and game data

This website does not ask for or collect Riot Games passwords. Do not send Riot account credentials to insyght. Beta applications do not request Riot Account passwords. No Riot Sign On or Riot API account connection is currently offered through this website.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. Because the current site does not intentionally collect personal information, there is no profile or marketing database created from your visit by insyght.

Third-party services

The site may be hosted and delivered using third-party infrastructure. Those providers may process technical information on our behalf to operate, secure, and diagnose the service. If links to other websites are added, their privacy practices will be separate from ours.

Future changes

Beta application information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate applications, manage the beta, and respond to support requests. As the limited beta develops, this policy may be updated before or when insyght adds accounts, analytics, game-data features, or other material changes.
