By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply only to the public website in its current form unless a future service states otherwise.

Limited beta status
insyght is currently available to a limited group of Windows beta testers. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Beta access may be limited or revoked, and a public download is not offered through this site. Features, interface details, data sources, and availability may change. Beta software may contain bugs, and permanent access is not guaranteed.

Website and beta materials
The content on this site explains insyght and its current beta direction. Screenshots and descriptions are not a guarantee that every feature, integration, or service will remain available or be completed. Nothing on this site creates a paid service, permanent support obligation, account relationship, employment relationship, or other contractual relationship.

insyght intellectual property
The insyght name, logo, website design, original copy, and original product materials are owned by or licensed to insyght. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, misrepresent, resell, or use insyght branding in a way that suggests permission or affiliation.

Riot Games and VALORANT
insyght is an independent third-party project. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Riot Games. VALORANT, Riot Games, and related third-party names, game content, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References are used only to identify the game the product is being built for.

Prohibited misuse
You may not interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate insyght, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Third-party links and services
The website may eventually link to third-party sites or rely on hosting infrastructure provided by others. insyght does not control third-party content, availability, security, or policies and is not responsible for your use of those separate services.
